These two ingredient banana oatmeal cookies are delicious breakfast biscuits. They don't contain any flour or sugar, but they still taste like sweet, soft cookies.

Bananas and fast oats are all you need for your cookies. If you'd like any variant, you can add chocolate chips, nuts, or dried fruit.


I came across 2 ingredient banana cookies recently, though they've been popular on the web for a couple of years. I tested out several versions before creating a version I actually enjoy, which I'm sharing with you now.
